Welcome to Shotokan Karate of Lakeville (SKOL). We have been instructing martial arts in Lakeville, MN for over 35 years and operate through the Lakeville Community Education System and utilize large school spaces for weekly training. Shotokan Karate is a traditional martial art which originated in Japan and is practiced all across the world. We are a part of the United Karate Associations International (UKAI), an internationally recognized organization of dojo's and karate practitioners. Opportunities for tournaments and additional trainings are available throughout the year. Sessions begin in the Fall, Winter, and Summer with evaluations for rank advancement being held during normal class times at the end of each session.

Introductory (White belts)

Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:00pm
Youth (minimum age 7) and Adult

Beginner (White w/Yellow Stripe - Yellow w/Black Stripe)

Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00pm to 6:45pm
Youth and Adult

Intermediate (Orange - Purple w/White Stripe belts)

Tuesday & Thursday from 6:45pm to 7:30pm
Youth and Adult

Advanced (Purple - Black)

Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm
Youth and adult
